that's soo cool that you could just be browsing the web and come across my site!!
i'm happy that it's one of your faves (and i'm doing well - hope you are too ^-^). in terms of how to make a website: my best friend and i have a series on my yt channel: https://youtu.be/OXdZBzvuox4?si=7IM-7j1qgp7J3xTj
that's the second part in the series- in the first part it's more about how to get started with thinking about the site & first steps in designing. the first thing you need to do is find a place to host. i think neocities is fun (it's where i host mine), but the great thing about websites is once it's made, you can move it anytime!! then you need a code editor. Brackets and Visual Studio Code are common options. my video goes into more of what you do when you actually open the code editor!!
i recommend just making an account and editing the code they start you off with - maybe just add some text and see how that feels. then you can delve into changing design elements. my biggest advice is to take it easy and have fun with it. it might be frustrating at times, but it always feels worth it in the end!!
